What is Molliora?
Molliora is The Family Health Office: a private institution that coordinates a family’s health across specialists, countries and generations, in the way a family office coordinates wealth. Molliora GmbH operates it. Molliora is a healthcare company. Technology supports the work; it is not a technology product.
The Family Health OfficeIs Molliora a clinic, concierge medicine, longevity medicine, an insurer, or an app?
No. Molliora is not a clinic, not concierge medicine, not longevity medicine and not a longevity clinic. It is not an insurer and not an app. It coordinates care. Treating clinicians make clinical decisions and write prescriptions. Membership may later sit alongside cover from licensed insurers. Insurance is optional and is not required.
What it is, and what it is notDoes Molliora diagnose or give medical advice?
No. Molliora does not diagnose, prescribe, triage or replace a physician. It coordinates records, specialists and next steps. In an emergency, call the local emergency number.
Clinical governanceWho is Molliora for?
Molliora is for families who move between countries, who have complex or long-term health needs, or who want one accountable partner instead of a separate clinic for every need. Introductions come from family offices, private banks and advisers, and directly from families.
For family offices and private banksHow can a family office, private bank or adviser introduce a family?
Write to contact@molliora.com or use the membership profile. Carl, Helena or a member of the team replies personally, normally within 24 hours. The family keeps control of health information and access. Molliora pays no introduction fees. A family office does not have to become a medical coordinator: Molliora adds health continuity beside the existing governance of the family’s affairs.
How an introduction worksDoes Molliora take commissions or pay for introductions?
No. Molliora accepts no commissions, referral fees or incentives from hospitals, clinics, laboratories or insurers, and it pays no introduction fees. Specialists are selected for the family. The network is not published, and private clinical relationships are not sold.
StandardsWhat does membership include, and what does it cost?
There are four levels: Individual, Family, Private and Legacy. Each adds coordination around records, planning and specialists; Private and Legacy add priority coordination, and Legacy adds multigenerational planning and a direct senior relationship. Membership begins at €25,000 per year. Scope and fee are agreed after a private conversation. There is no published price for each level. A proposal may include a Family Health Readiness Review at a fixed fee, credited in full against membership. That fee is not published. Clinic and travel costs are paid separately.
MembershipHow does a family begin?
First, a guided family profile of about three minutes: the household, countries and priorities. No medical records are required. Second, a confidential conversation, normally within 24 hours. Third, a written proposal if there is a fit. You can also write to membership@molliora.com or call +49 172 5444950.
Start a profileWhat is a named coordinator?
A named coordinator is a senior clinician who knows the family and coordinates its physicians. Clinical governance is led by Patrick E Sewell, MD, Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer. The coordinator does not replace the treating doctors.
Named coordinatorWhat is the Health Passport?
The Health Passport is a secure, portable summary for each family member: history, medications, allergies, vaccinations and results, with role-based access for parents, guardians and children. It is held so the record can travel with the family.
Health PassportWhat is the Decision Ledger?
When specialists disagree, the Decision Ledger sets the opinions side by side: what the family chose, why, and when the decision should be reviewed. It is a record of the reasoning, not a clinical instruction.
The Family Health OfficeWhat happens in an emergency?
Members have an Emergency Profile: a structured summary for acute situations, including critical history, medications, allergies, implants and advance directives where they apply. For Private and Legacy members, the named coordinator can be reached at any time, including by telephone to a treating physician, on the published number +49 172 5444950. Molliora is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call the local emergency number first.

The 21 GapsWhat is the Family Health Index?
The Family Health Index is Molliora’s ranking of how well cities serve a family’s health, rather than how a single hospital performs. The first edition publishes in the fourth quarter of 2026. It is not published yet.
