The Emergency Profile
Every Molliora member has an Emergency Profile — a secure, structured summary of their most critical health information, designed for the acute situations where a patient often cannot advocate for themselves.
The most important moment in healthcare is often the one where the patient cannot speak for themselves — unconscious after an accident, presenting with acute chest pain in a foreign country, collapsed during a meeting. In those moments, treating physicians need complete, accurate health information immediately. The Emergency Profile is that information, ready before it is needed.
Full name, date of birth, blood type, emergency contact names and numbers, and direct contact details for the member’s Molliora Health Director.
Conditions that are clinically significant in an emergency — heart disease, diabetes, severe allergies, epilepsy, coagulopathies, and anything that materially affects acute treatment.
All current medications with dosage, with particular emphasis on anticoagulants, immunosuppressants, antiepileptics, and other drugs where acute management must account for the regimen.
Drug, contrast media, and severe food allergies — clearly listed with the nature of the reaction specified. Missing in an emergency, this can cause as much harm as the emergency itself.
Pacemakers, defibrillators, cochlear implants, and other devices that affect safe management and MRI eligibility.
Where a member has executed an advance directive or do-not-resuscitate order, it is noted here. The full legal document is held in the Health Passport.
The profile always includes the direct line to the member’s Molliora Health Director — available 24/7 for Private and Legacy tier members — so responders can consult a clinician who knows the member’s full history.
The Emergency Profile is built to be reachable by responders in controlled circumstances, without compromising the member’s general privacy.
Members carry a Molliora Emergency Card with a unique QR code that, when scanned, opens the Emergency Profile through a secure, time-limited link. No login is required, and every access is logged.
The Emergency Profile is available in the member’s secure Molliora app with one-tap access from the lock screen — without a password in emergency circumstances.
The Health Director can authorise access on the member’s behalf at any time, providing information directly to treating physicians by telephone, 24/7 for Private and Legacy tier members.
The Emergency Profile is reviewed at every Annual Health Assessment, at every significant clinical event, and whenever medications, diagnoses, or advance directive wishes change. It is never more than twelve months out of date. The Health Director takes responsibility for its accuracy — when a member’s condition changes, the profile changes at the time of the change, not at the next review.
