Regulatory

Molliora is designed to operate within the regulatory frameworks that govern health information and family health management across the jurisdictions we serve. We treat compliance as a foundation, not an afterthought.

Data protection

Where the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we process personal and health data on a clear lawful basis, with explicit consent for special-category data. We honour the rights of data subjects and maintain records of our processing activities.

Emerging-technology governance

Molliora Intelligence is governed in line with the principles of the EU AI Act. Our systems propose and draft; qualified people review and decide. No automated decision with a legal or similarly significant effect is taken without meaningful human oversight.

Healthcare information

For members and partners in jurisdictions where it applies, we align our handling of protected health information with recognised healthcare privacy standards, including the safeguards expected under HIPAA.

United Arab Emirates

For services connected to the UAE, we work within the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and the requirements of the relevant health authorities, including the Dubai Health Authority. Engagement with regulators is ongoing as our presence develops.

Scope of practice

Molliora coordinates care and organises information. It does not diagnose, prescribe, triage, or replace a physician. Clinical decisions remain with licensed professionals and the families they serve.
