THE MOLLIORA DATA CHARTER

Your data. Your family’s.
No one else’s.

Health information is the most intimate asset a family owns. This charter states, plainly, how we protect it. It is written to be read by your family office and your security adviser, and it is incorporated into every member agreement.

TEN COMMITMENTS

01

You own your data.

Every record we hold about your family belongs to your family. On request, it is exported to you or deleted, within the limits of medical record-keeping law.

02

Nothing happens without consent.

Every use of your data requires your active, specific consent: per person, per data type, per purpose. Consent is never bundled, assumed, or buried in terms.

03

Every access is accountable.

Access to your data is logged: who, what, when, and why. This visibility is being built directly into your member application, so your family can see it at any time.

04

Your data lives in Europe.

All health data is stored and processed on infrastructure in Frankfurt, Germany, under the GDPR. Examinations may take place worldwide. Your records come home.

05

No persistent storage with third parties.

Partner clinics and laboratories transfer results to Molliora and retain only what local medical law obliges them to keep. Nothing more. Contracts enforce this.

06

Insurers see populations, never people.

No insurer or intermediary ever receives an individual family member’s health data. Where population-level data supports better terms for all members, it is shared only in aggregated, anonymised form, and never as a condition of cover.

07

Access follows need.

Within Molliora, every role sees only what that role requires. Your trainer sees training data. Your physician sees the clinical picture. No one sees everything, except those your family designates.

08

People are vetted, not just systems.

Everyone who touches your data or enters your home is background-checked, bound by contractual confidentiality with meaningful consequences, and loses all access the moment their engagement ends.

09

Discretion is a design principle.

Where legally possible, examinations are registered under a Molliora identifier, not your name. Your presence is never confirmed to anyone.

10

If something goes wrong, you hear it from us first.

We maintain an incident-response plan. In the event of any breach affecting your family, you are informed promptly, completely, and personally. Before anyone else.
