Clinical governance
A physician at the top.
Molliora coordinates care; it does not replace the clinicians who treat you. Clinical governance is how we make sure that coordination is safe, independent and led by someone who has spent a career in medicine.

How governance works
Clinical standards
Standards for safety, quality and the specialist network are set and reviewed by the Chief Medical Officer.
Health Director credentialing
Qualifications and licensure are verified and senior clinical experience is required before a Health Director works with any family. Every Health Director is subject to ongoing quality review.
Specialist selection
Specialists are selected for relevance, demonstrated expertise and the needs of the family, with potential commercial and institutional conflicts considered before a recommendation. Molliora does not sell access to members.
Technology under human review
Technology supports organisation and research. Accountable people review its outputs.
Escalation
Concerns are escalated to accountable leadership, and material activity is traceable.
Where the boundary sits
Coordination, not treatment.
Molliora coordinates information, providers and agreed next steps. It does not diagnose, prescribe or replace treating physicians. Diagnosis and treatment remain the responsibility of the treating clinicians.
Independence
We work for the family.
Specialists are selected for relevance, demonstrated expertise and the needs of the family, and potential commercial and institutional conflicts are considered before a recommendation.
