For trusted advisers
Recognise the need. Keep the boundaries clear.
Introductions come from family offices, private banks and advisers, or directly from families. Molliora is the private institution that then coordinates the family’s health. It does not ask the family office, the bank or the adviser to practise medicine.

- What you are introducing
- A Family Health Office: one named relationship for records, specialists and agreed next steps, across countries and generations.
- What you are not handing over
- Clinical decisions stay with treating physicians. Molliora does not diagnose, prescribe or replace them.
- Fees for the introduction
- Molliora pays no introduction fees, and it takes no commission from hospitals, clinics, laboratories or insurers.
- Who replies
- Carl, Helena or a member of the team, personally, normally within 24 hours.
- What the family controls
- Health information and access. Sensitive clinical detail is not requested in the first conversation.
- Published membership fee
- From €25,000 per year. Scope is agreed with the family. There is no published price for each level.
Who this is for
Family offices
Add health continuity to the family governance structure without asking the family office to become a medical coordinator.
Personal assistants
Move sensitive health administration into a defined professional process while keeping the assistant informed only to the authorised level.
Private banks and advisers
Introduce a specialist health relationship when a family’s medical life has become as complex as its legal or financial affairs.
How an introduction works
01
A note, or a guided profile
The family, or you with the family’s knowledge, can start a short profile: household, countries and priorities. No medical records are required. Or write to contact@molliora.com.
02
A confidential conversation
Carl, Helena or a member of the team contacts the family personally, normally within 24 hours.
03
A proposal, if there is a fit
Membership begins at €25,000 per year. A proposal may include a Family Health Readiness Review at a fixed fee, credited in full against membership. That fee is not published.
Insurance is separate
Molliora is not an insurer and does not give personal insurance advice. A protection programme is in development. Any cover would be issued by a licensed insurer or intermediary. No cover exists until a policy is issued. There is no published corporate benefits plan and no insurer partnership programme on this website. Insurance is optional for a member family.
