Where the GDPR applies, Molliora processes personal and health data on a clear lawful basis, with explicit consent for special-category data.

Molliora Intelligence proposes and drafts. Qualified people review and decide. No automated decision with a legal or similarly significant effect is taken without human oversight.

Where it applies, handling of protected health information is aligned with recognised healthcare privacy standards, including the safeguards expected under HIPAA.

For services connected to the United Arab Emirates, Molliora works within the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and the requirements of the relevant health authorities, including the Dubai Health Authority.

Molliora coordinates care and organises information. It does not diagnose, prescribe, triage or replace a physician.
