Health information is the most intimate asset a family holds. The charter below is incorporated into every member agreement. The English text is the binding version.
You own your data. Every record belongs to the family. On request, it is exported or deleted, within the limits of medical record-keeping law.
Nothing happens without consent. Every use requires active, specific consent: per person, per data type, per purpose.
Every access is accountable. Access is logged: who, what, when and why.
Your data lives in Frankfurt. Health data is stored and processed on infrastructure in Frankfurt, Germany, under GDPR. Examinations may take place worldwide. The records come home.
No persistent storage with third parties. Partner clinics and laboratories transfer results to Molliora and retain only what local medical law obliges them to keep.
Insurers see populations, never people. No insurer receives an individual family member’s health data. Any population-level data is aggregated and anonymised, and never a condition of cover.
Access follows need. A role sees only what that role requires.
People are vetted, not just systems. Everyone who touches the data is background-checked, bound by confidentiality, and loses access when the engagement ends.
Discretion is a design principle. Where legally possible, examinations are registered under a Molliora identifier, not the family name.
If something goes wrong, the family hears it from Molliora first.
