We collect the information you provide when you apply for membership or correspond with us, including your name, contact details, and any details you choose to share about your family’s coordination needs. For members, health-related information is processed solely to deliver the coordination you have engaged.

Information is used to assess applications, deliver the service, communicate with you, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use health information for advertising.

Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of consent, contract, legitimate interests and legal obligation. Special-category health data is processed only with explicit consent or where the law otherwise permits.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. The Data Charter states a 90-day period after membership ends, except where the law or the family requires otherwise.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you may object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We apply organisational and technical measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encryption in transit and at rest and strict access controls.
