Molliora coordina la salud, no ejerce la medicina y no sustituye la relación con los médicos tratantes; rige el derecho de Alemania, sin perjuicio de las protecciones imperativas aplicables en su lugar de residencia.

These terms govern access to and use of Molliora’s services. By applying for membership or using the service, you agree to them.

Molliora provides health coordination. It coordinates care, organises records and supports informed decisions. Molliora does not practise medicine, does not provide a diagnosis, and does not replace the relationship with your treating physicians.

Membership is by application. Molliora reviews each application and may accept or decline it. Fees and scope are set out in the membership agreement.

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the service lawfully, and to keep access credentials secure. You remain responsible for your own medical decisions and for the guidance of your treating clinicians.

Information made available through Molliora is for coordination. It is not medical advice. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Content remains the property of Molliora or its licensors. Liability is limited as set out in the membership agreement. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory protections that may apply where you live.
